By the road
It's the little things in Greece that do it for me. The crumbling homes (affectionately called the modern ruins), the leafless vines, the budding trees and blooming flowers. I took a walk by myself this afternoon, through the area behind school and the Marble Stadium. I just wanted to find someplace that I could sing out loud without bothering anyone. I ended up with my hands full of flowers that I'd plucked by the roadside or growing through the cracks in the pavement. This place is incredible.
