That's Where You Belong

Amir Taheri, in the Telegraph, sketches out his view of Iranian nuclear ambitions. I couldn't possibly add anything to that onversation, so I'll just call attention to perhaps the best quote. The speaker is Hassan Abassi, strategic guru for the president:

"The Americans are impatient," he says, "at the first sight of a setback, they run away. We, however, know how to be patient. We have been weaving carpets for thousands of years."

And that's why you're still weaving carpets, friends (sorry, I couldn't resist).
