The problems with this proposal are too numerous to list, but one good point to highlight is that amnesty has been tried in the past. The effect of the last occasion, I believe it was in the '80s, was immediately give three million immigrants legal status, and encourage millions more to follow.

Great poster, though. So...they've got that.
