Up Above Los Angeles
There were just enough characters like this in the crowd to keep me ever so slightly on edge. The atmosphere on the whole was undoubtedly relaxed and festive, but you can't entirely let your guard down when fellows this these are pulling a Snoopy-Vulture over you.
