Robert Salladay notes that Schwarzenegger is pushing for redistricting again. Good luck with that one, Ahnold...though of course you know what you're up against:

Schwarzenegger has already joined an effort to create an independent commission to draw legislative districts. Last night during his speech, Schwarzenegger received his biggest laugh when he said, "There was more turnover in the Hapsburg monarchy than in the Legislature."
